Question: So Is Sherwood Energy Village a Charitable Trust?
Answer: No, it’s not. SEV is an Industrial and Provident Society for the benefit of the community. That is to say that surplus profit is applied to our regeneration aims and which play a vital role in enhancing the local economy.
Question: Are local authorities and other agencies involved as “partners” in the organisation?
Answer: No, not at the moment. The organisation has been electing its directors annually from start untul 2011. Other organisations are not represented on the Board.
